I purchased a domain from ABC. I have a hosting account in XYZ. How should I host the website?

Using webhosting for more than 7 years, having tried, reviewed and used multiple service providers, please follow this.

S1. Take note of the nameservers mentioned in the confirmation email of XYZ.

S2. Enter those Nameservers in Nameservers/Edit Nameservers section in Hostbyte.

S3. Wait for a max of 48 hours for the DNS to propagate (usually this gets done in 3 hours).

S4. After 3 hours, Try visiting your domain url (example.tld) if you see a 404 Not found error, your dns has propagated and you are all set to upload / create your website on XYZ.
